An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Master Sup (a certified Tae Bo instructor) will motivate you every step of the way to a toned body. He will change your life one kick, one punch at a time. Combining boot camp, cardio, body sculpting, and A3 training for a maximum fat burning regiment is his method for achieving the best overall body workout.
